I am 69 years old and the service I received in this practice was the best ever. All of the staff was aware of my gum/nerve sensitivities and did their best not to hurt me. This is the first time I've had x-rays and a cleaning that didn't cause me 2 days of pain afterwards requiring medication. The x-rays were completely painless and comfortable. The hygienist used a numbing medication on my gums and it made all the difference. She didn't get water all over me. The dentist, hygienist and x-ray tech all listened to me, validated my past experiences and gave me sound advice. If you are a bit of a wimp, like me, this is where you want to go. I almost forgot to mention that this office sent me a get well card after learning I'd broken my wrist. How many of your doctors and dentists do that???

The experience was great as always. The thing I like is that she will tell everything that is is about to happen, this helps in the anxiety of going to the dentist. I grew up in an era that I associate dentist and pain together. Because she tells you what is happening I am better able to control my fear , which I had not been able to do with other dentists. If you are afraid of going to the dentist then Dr. Dowdy is the one for you.

Dr Dowdy is great. Super friendly staff. Rachel upfront worked me in on short notice. Heather was super nice and did all the prep work. Dr Dowdy was very kind, explained everything thoroughly and is committed to following up to make I get the care I need with the Endodontist she referred me to. I highly recommend this practice.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Dowdy and her team! My father was my dentist, most of my entire life. And he was such a caring and compassionate man. When I went looking for a new dentist after his retirement I started at one of the conglomerates... Nice people...but I felt more like a number than a patient... So I went seeking for someone who had my dad's same compassion and warmth and I wanted to know my doctor...that I'd see the same lovely person I so carefully chose after seeking many opinions.. Which led me to her and i've never looked back.. I want to see the same doctor every time I come rather than getting one of many... She remembers my stories every time I come and I remember hers.... Actually, I love her and you will too!! She and her practice remind me of my dad's old school style... She's wanted to be a dentist since she was a child....and it shows.. You won't go wrong if you choose this practice and my wonderful Dr Sarah Dowdy! ❤️❤️❤️

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dowdys dental office. My 8-year-old is a patient, and from the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and made both of us feel completely at ease. The front desk was friendly and efficient, and everything ran smoothly. The dentist was incredibly patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything in a way my child could actually understand, which made such a difference. Dental visits can be intimidating for kids, but they went above and beyond to make it a positive, stress-free experience. My child left feeling comfortable and confident—and that says everything. The office is clean, modern, and clearly well run. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients (especially kids), this is absolutely the place. I’m so grateful to have found a dental office my child feels happy going back to. Highly recommend! 🦷✨
